As Tipton R-VI Junior Principal and on behalf of the entire faculty, staff, administration, and Board of Education I would like to welcome you and your child.

Our vision is to provide a meaningful learning experience in a safe and supportive learning environment. We are a school where everyone shares in the responsibility for student success. Tipton Junior high can do this by supporting and promoting each student in achieving his or her greatest potential by encouraging responsibility, positive behavior, and having a devotion to learn.

Being actively involved in your child’s education is essential in developing a strong partnership between home and school. It is essential to talk to your child about what they are doing in school and helping them to stay organized. If there is something going on that you feel may impact your child’s success or focus at school, please communicate with your child’s teacher, myself, or any other staff member.

I believe that the junior high years are a critical time for students. There are tremendous opportunities for educational growth and a need for supportive environments that provide structure for students. As principal I am proud to work with a fine staff and supportive community that can help educated your child and prepare them for their future.
